What is Body Confidence Coaching?

Body Confidence coaching is about building up the relationship you have with yourself and your body so you can reconnect to your values, develop your self-esteem and self-worth, and feel good about your body.

Body Confidence coaching gives you the tools and techniques you need to be comfortable and confident in yourself so you can live your fabulous life!

What does a confidence coach do?

My job as your body confidence coach is to help you create your own version of a fulfilling life, help you reconnect to yourself, love your body and discover your inner confidence. I’ll help you to understand your values and strengths, clarify your direction, create a clear vision, cultivate a positive mindset and we’ll work together to develop your sense of self-belief.

How long is each session?

Each coaching session is 60 mins long on the create body confidence program.

Where and how do we do a coaching session?

All sessions take place on Zoom, allowing you the freedom to take sessions from your home, office or any location. There is no waiting in traffic or parking and makes it easier to stay consistent with less of a time commitment.  

What if I can’t make a session?

If you can’t make a session please let me know at least 24 hours in advance then we can arrange another time.

How do I know confidence coaching is for me?

What happens in a coaching session?

In our session, I will go through what you feel is holding you back so we can find a solution and put together an action plan. 

Is there a payment plan available?

I will be happy to discuss a payment plan so get in touch.

When will I start to see results?

The fact that you are looking for a coach is a brilliant start, coaching is all about taking action and that’s what you have done. Building body confidence can take time but you can see results after a few weeks. It all depends on the amount of work you are prepared to do.
