This 4-week confidence coaching program is designed for you if you are a female business owner who wants to feel more confident in yourself and in your business.

How it Works

Our private coaching sessions will take place every 1-2 weeks depending on your needs. The sessions are 60 mins and you will receive email and text message support between our sessions.

Who is Sarah Lyons?

I am a body confidence and wellbeing coach for women, living in Dublin Ireland with my husband and two daughters Charlotte and Annabelle and not to forget our dog, Ruby.

Before becoming a body confidence coach I was working as an image consultant. I came across a lot of body issues that I wasn’t able to help with so I trained to be a coach and help women love their bodies. I also struggled with constant dieting and not feeling good enough from the age of 18 so I have been in your shoes and am passionate about helping women in the same situation.
