The 2-day packed event is scheduled for September 17th and 18th in Dublin, providing attendees with the requisite tools, knowledge, and support to transform their lives.

Over the tears, the internationally recognized healing workshop has helped thousands of people around the world, guiding them through the path to positive changes.

The practical fully interactive workshop aims to offer a weekend of personal growth and wellbeing, referencing Louise Hay’s work to help people create the life they want and love. It will feature healing activities with like-minded people connecting with the environment and deliberately creating sustainable positive changes towards a happier life.

The Love Yourself Heal Your Life®️ Workshop is designed for all categories of individuals, especially persons struggling with body confidence as well as those wanting to break free from trauma and ultimately experience overall improved wellbeing and growth in their career and relationship.

Sarah Lyons, body confidence and wellbeing coach, will be drawing from her own healing experience with Louise’s work to help others do the same identify and transform negative beliefs, as she facilitates the workshop.
