The create body confidence program
This is a 12-week program delivered over zoom. Every second week we will have a one-hour call that’s focused on rebuilding your confidence, changing habits, and looking at how diet culture influences your life and so much more. I will give you practical solutions and habits that you can start to put into your daily life and that you can continue practicing long after the coaching program is completed.
